Why Your Gift May Not Be Tax Deductible
Free Speech Ministries has submitted all proper documents to be considered a nonprofit. In order to be a legal nonprofit (and for you to benefit by your gift being tax deductible), we are required to be registered as a 501(c)(3). This process requires filing with both the states we operate in and the federal government. We are recognized by Colorado State, and have submitted everything to the IRS for review.
The review process typically takes anywhere from 3 to 12 months.
Once approved, our status will be backdated to the time of filing, and as such, we can have reasonable confidence that your gift will be tax deductible.

Where Your Support Goes
Free Speech Ministries is in the building phase, and steady support makes the mission possible. Right now, our needs are simple:
$1,500/month — facilities, software, and core operations
$1,000–$1,500 — one-time cost to launch each new chapter
Full-time leadership from our Executive Director, supported by volunteers
In 2026, we hope to provide our Executive Director a modest $3,000/month salary so the ministry can grow sustainably.
With a small security reserve, our total monthly support goal is:
